  • 200 gKovakai
  • 2 tablespoonsCornflour
  • as per taste Salt
  • 2 dropsLemon
  • 2 table spoonChilli powder

  1. 1

    Cut the kovakai into slices.

  2. 2

    Add cornflour, chilli powder salt,lemon 2 drops

  3. 3

    Mix it well. if you want add 1spoon water.

  4. 4

    Heat an oil in pan for deep fry.

  5. 5

    Put the mixed kovakai into the oil and fry it properly. That's it our kovakai chilli is ready
