Ingredients

6 serving
  • Halfkg beefqeema with fat
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 Tbspcrushed green chili
  • 3 tbspsabz dhaniya and podina chopped
  • 1medium size onion chopped
  • 1tomato round slice cut
  • 1large egg
  • Halfpack of Shan Chapli Kabab Masala
  • Oil for frying

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in qeema. Except slice tomato and oil. Pack masaly ko 3 tbsp water mn paste bana ke dalna hy

    Is mixture ko minimum half hour ke liey rakh dein

  3. 3

    Tawey py 3 tbsp oil gram karein or hath se kabab bana ke beech mn tomato slice rkhen or dono side se 5 5 minut ke liey medium flame py fri karein. One by one sb aisy e fry karein

  4. 4

    Serving plate mn serve karein. Enjoy karein. Jazaak-Allah😊
