Am out of flour but i got everything needed to make cookies...i quickly switched to making cin cin using Semovita.It's buttery and crunchy.

Ingredients

4 cupsSemovita
1Egg +1 egg yolk
1 cupSugar
1 tspSalt
1 tspVanilla flavor
1 tspBaking powder
1/2 cupButter
Water
Utensil
Cookie cutter
Rolling pin

Steps

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.(Semovita,sugar,salt and baking powder)

Add the wet ingredients.(Butter,flavor,whole egg+egg yolk and water)Knead to form a dough.

Dust the surface with flour,scoop dough and deflate using rolling pin,use cookie cutter to cut out the shapes.

Fry in hot oil.
