Ingredients

20-25 min
2-3 people
  • 1 sheetpuff pastry
  • 1 cupregular blueberry or 2/3 cup wild blueberry
  • 3-4 tablespoonssugar
  • 1/4 cupcream cheese more if needed
  • Zest of half a lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the puff pastry with a glass to form circles

    Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mush together

  3. 3

    Place a teaspoon in the center and seal in a half moon shape. I used a bit of egg wash.

    Make half moons and bake in a preheated oven at 400F till golden brown.
