In maida, add yeast, sugar, salt, milk powder and mix it well.

Add water and knead the dough properly. Keep it in covered vessel till the dough become double in size

Punch it. Kneat for some time again. Divide the dough into equal portions.

Shape it properly. Apply butter in the pan and set the dough balls in that. Keep some space between the balls. Cover it for 45 minutes.

After that apply milk on the buns, be careful while applying milk. Do it slowly and carefully.

In preheated oven bake it on 180 degree for 25 minutes. Once it is out, apply butter on the top. Cover it for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes remove the pan. Serve as you like.
