250 gmsbesan flour
1 tbspcitric acid or lemon flower
1 tbspSoda bicarb
As required Salt
1 tbspSugar

Mix the flour and all ingredients together in lukewarm water. stir it well and make the semi-liquid batter.

Pour into the greased dish, fill the half dish, tap it properly to even out.

Place water into the steamer and steam it after dish place on it, cover the lid, steam it for 20 mins.
