Dal wash kar ke bhigo dein 15 se 20 minute ke lye

Oil garam kar ke zeera Dal dein jab Khushbo any lgy tb onion add karein or fry karein golden brown hony tak

Ab Kali mirch,long, Kali illaichi or dar cheni add Karen

Adrak lehsan Ka paste add kar ke Thora sa fry karein

Ab lal mirch, dhaniya powder, kuti lal mirch,haldi add kar ke mix karein

Dahi or tomato add karein mix karein or cover kar ke 10 minute tak pakaen tomatoes gal jaen

Ab Dal add kar dein mix karein 4 tbsp Pani add karein.cover kar ke 15 minute pkaen

Ab salt or adrak add karein, mix karein cover kar dein 10 minute ke liye

Pisa garam masala, Green chilli,or hara dhaniya add kar ke mix karein

Ghee ya Butter garam kar ke onion fry karein or Dal par tarka lagadein

Garnish kar ke garam chapati or dahi ke sath serve karein
