Steps

Heat a pan add rice flour and dry roast for 2 min. Keep aside.

Heat pan add brown sugar and half cup Water, 1 pinch of salt cook till boil.after that filter the sugar syrup and add into the the dry flour.

Add coconut into the flour and mix it well.make a good tough.

Make small rounds in that tough flour.

Take the round ball press it with in your palm.

Put the pudi kolukattai into the idly pan. Steam it well for 5 min.

Steamed pudi kolzhkattai is ready.
