Steps

In a bowl mix oats, atta and all ingredients and a make a dough with required amount of water

Then take some portion of the dough and roll in a round shape

Then with the help of a knife cut it into square shape

The fry both sides of the paratha well with required amount of oil.

Serve hot with curd,raita,sauce or pickle
