Steps

Clean and chop beans into small pieces. Steam them into steamer or idli pot for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan. Add Mustard seeds and urad dal. Allow it to splutter well.

Add chopped green chili, onion and curry leaves, saute well in oil.

Now add steamed beans and mix well.

Finally add grated coconut and switch off the flame.

Simple and healthy steamed beans poriyal is ready.
