Maize flour dessert made with coconut milk. Super delicious and sweet.
Steps

Preheat the oven at 180C. Grease your baking tin.

To make the caramel :

On medium heat, put a non-sticky pan. Put sugar, and let it caramelize, to brown in color.

Add coconut cream, and stir until all the sugar has dissolve. Put it aside.

To make the cake:

On medium heat, put a sufuria and add in the coconut milk, cardamom and sugar and bring it to a simmer.

Add the maize flour as you stir. Once properly combined, remove from the heat and give it a good stir.

Pour your mixture into your baking tin. Pour the caramel sauce on top and bake in your preheat oven for 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let it cool before serving.
