Pan-fried chicken
Easy to prepare dish for chicken lovers.
Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a frying pan
- 2
Season chicken with salt and pepper, add it to the hot oil.

Fry until cooked, turning continuously for both sides to cook evenly.

Remove chicken from pan, brush it with sweet chillie sauce, fry it again for 30 seconds on both sides. Remove from pan and enjoy with a side of your choice.

Everyone was getting hungry and thirsty so I had all the ingredients for an early supper. Brined chicken wings ready for frying. This is how I do all of my fried chicken. It pulls the blood out.
