  • 1/2 cupflour
  • cubesSeasoning
  • to tasteSalt
  • Chilli powder

Steps

    Grated sweet potatoes

    I put a cheese cloth in a bowl then my grated potatoes put alot of water and wash then squeeze out the water

    After squeezing but Don't over squeeze

    Add in onions

    Seasoning cubes and spices of choice

    Then flour and egg

    Mix well

    Scoop with a spoon and flatten it in a skillet to shallow fry it not too much oil

    Until golden brown
