First, turn on the gas place a kadhai add little Oil and saute all veggies for some time. Then turn off the gas and add chopped Mint leaves, Oregano, grated paneer and mix it well.

Cool it for 5 mins. Then take 6 slices of brown bread cut it's sides and just roll it with the help of a belan make it little flat.

Now take add 2 and a half glass of water in a steamer and set it stands then steam it for 2 to 3 mins.

In the meantime start making Potli. Take little water on your palm and press the bread and in the middle of it keep the stuffing and just fold it. Then lock the mouth of the Potli with a toothpick if needed. Repeat the same process with the others.

Now grease the stand with little oil and arrange all. Steam it for 15 mins.

Turn off the steamer and cool it for 2 mins. Then lock the main mouth of the Potli with Pudina leaves and enjoy it with Mayonnaise.
