    સો પથમ દૂધ મા સાકર નાખી ઉકાળવા મુકવુ,સાકર મિકસ થઈ જાય એટલે કોપરાનો ભુક્કો નાખી હલાવુ કેસર અને ઈલાયચી ના ખી હલાવતા રહેવું દૂધ બધુ બળી જાય એટલે થાળીમાં ધી લગાવી પાથરી દેવુ ઠડુ કરવા ફિજમા મુકવુ પછી એના પીસ કરવા
