Chenna Dal contains good proteins, mixing with curry leaves contains good source of vitamins, good for breakfast and also snack time.
Steps

Soak chenna Dal for 4 hours

Slice onions, curry leaves, garlic, green chilli
- 3
Grind curry leaves, garlic and green chilli and add chenna Dal into it. Grind it by adding sal. Take it into a bowl and add onions, cooking soda, mix well.

Take a pan and keep it on the stove, add oil for frying, once the oil heats, fry the fritters until golden brown.

Once it is done take into a bowl /plate and serve hot.
