Besan chillas are quite commonly used in every household. Moong dal chillas are made with moong dal skinned , potatoes, paneer, veggies and some spices.

Besan chillas are quite commonly used in every household. Moong dal chillas are made with moong dal skinned , potatoes, paneer, veggies and some spices.

Soak moong dal for 1-2 hours. Drain extra water. Add salt, green chillies, 1/2 tsp garlic paste in moong dal. Grind it in mixture and make even batter. Add water to make batter like dosa. Stir well.

In a big bowl take potatoes and other ingredients, spices. Mix them all together.

Take a dosa plate and heat in a law flame. Pour batter in centre make small circle like canopy. Apply oil in surrounding and lift up chilla to let get oil under it. Spread thin garlic paste fill the space with potatoes stuffing. Let chilla shallow fry with little oil. Press over stuffing gently with spatula.

Flip chilla in other side. Apply oil and do the same as above. Let chilla fry properly. Then flip it over again to check. Serve hot with some chutney/sauces and salad.
