Steps

Mash boiled potatoes.In tadka pan add oil add mustard seeds,curry leaves,green chillies ginger,turmeric powder,urad dal and mix nicely.

Put tadka on the boiled patatoes and knead softly.add coriander leaves and salt as per taste.

Make small round shape balls (vada shape).

For batter:In mixing bowl add besan,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt as per taste make thick paste.Batter is ready.

Put vada in besan batter and cover it nicely.Heat pan with oil and put in heated oil and deep fry nicely.

Deep fry for 3 to 4 mints or cook become golden brown.

Ready to eat garma garam batata vada.Serve with red chutney and pav.
