  2. 2 tspoil
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 tspcoriander powder
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tspgaram masala
  7. 1/2 tsphaldi/Turmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tspKasuri methi
  9. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  10. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  11. 1-2Green chillies
  12. 2 tspcurry leaves

  1. 1

    First cut the potato in round shape and in pan add oil,cumin seeds,mustard seeds,green chillies, curry leaves, add round cut potatoes in it

    Add all dry masalas and cover it with lid and as your potato is tender spread kasuri methi on it
