Add 1 cup water or required and knead to a smooth and soft dough. I have used atta maker to knead dough here.

Further, in a large mixing bowl take 2 boiled and mashed potato.

Add 1 chilli, 2 tsp crushed, 4 tsp chilli powder, 4 tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp aamchur, 4 tsp ajwain,2 tbsp coriander and 4 tsp salt.

Further, roll it in a circle of about 5 to 5.5 inches in diameter.

Aloo stuffing in the centre take the edge and start pleating bringing to the centre.

On a hot tawa place the rolled paratha and cook for a minute. aloo paratha recipe furthermore, flip the paratha when the base is partly cooked (after a minute).

Finally, serve hot aloo paratha with butter
