  1. 2Apples
  2. 1Carrot (medium)
  3. 1 cupChilled milk
  4. 2 tbspSugar
  5. 2 tbspSweet condensed milk
  6. 1 scoopVanila ice cream (optional)

  1. 1

    Cut the carrot into cubes and cook it and mash it in a blender.

  2. 2

    Beat the apples & sugar in a mixer, then add sweet condensed milk.beat all the remaining ingredients (carrot mix, chilled milk) in a mixer 2 min.

  3. 3

    Serve chilled with vanila ice cream on top.
