half kgChicken boneless
1/4 cupOil
1 tspginger garlic paste
1 tbspsalt or according to your taste
1/2 tspblack pepper
1 tbspvinegar
1 tbspsoya sauce
4-5green chillies chop
1capsicum cut in cubes
1onion cut in cubes
1 1/2 cuptomato ketchup
1-1 1/2 cupwater

Put oil in pan and add garlic, saute it for a while then add chicken and cook until it get golden brown

Add all ketchup in it with spices and vinegar, soya sauce and mix. Get it simmer for about 15 min.

Add capsicum, onion and water and cook for about 10 min and serve as hot.
