Take Mushroom and Curry leaves.

Slice the Mushroom into small piece and take a kadai, pour little oil

Saute the curry leaves and Mushroom with salt,chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste,Garam masala and pepper powder for 5 mins so that the raw smell will go.

Now the Mushroom Sukka is ready to be served with steamed rice

Note: Goes very well with curd rice and rasam rice
