Ingredients

3-4 servings
  • 2 cupCottage cheese (paneer) grated
  • 1 cup Boiled potatoes(mashed)
  • 1Onion chopped (fine)
  • 1 tspGinger grated
  • 1 tspGarlic1tsp paste
  • 1tbspchilli flakes
  • 2 tbspCornflour
  • as requiredSalt
  • 1 tbspMaida
  • 1tbspLemon juice
  • 1tbspBlack pepper
  • sticksIce cream

20-25 mins
  1. 1

    Take a bowl add cheese, potatoes, onion, garlic, ginger, chilli flakes, lemon juice, black pepper, salt and cornstarch mix it.

    Make tight dough. It wil be to tight so add few drop of water. Easy to make lollypops sticks

    Divide the dough into 8-10 small balls.

    Take ball and ice cream stick and shape it like lollipop. shape).
    Make all balls.
    Keep it in fridge for 30 min.

    Heat oil in a kadhai.lollypop ko Fridge s nikale.

  6. 6

    Dry maida ko dust karein, extra maida remove karein and fry the lollipops till golden and crispy.

    10.Serve it with sauce and cheesy dip of your choice
