Cut onion, tomato and capsicum in long size cutting. (You can also use olives and sweet corn if you like.)

You can use left over parathas also for make pizza.

Keep one paratha on the plate and spread green chutney on it. Then Spread schezwan chutney and tomato sauce also.

Then garnish veggies on it.

Sprinkle grated cheese and mixed herbs and chili flakes on it.

Preheat a pan or griddle for 2-3 minutes. And pour very little butter on it. And keep ready paratha in the pan carefully.

Cover pan with lid and cook it on low flame for 7-10 minutes and check in between.

When cheese melts and paratha turns crispy. Remove it and serve it hot.

Very easy and simple dish with delicious taste.
