Ingredients

45 minutes
4 servings
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 2 tbspoil to add in aatta
  • As requiredOil to shallow fry
  • 1 pinchCarom seeds
  • 1 pinchsesame seeds
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 pinchchilli flakes
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together and bind to a medium soft dough.

    Divide dough into equal portions. Shape it.

    Roll it. Roast it on both sides. Add some oil on both sides again. Roast it on medium-low flame.

    It's ready. Serve with tea, curd, pickle or any curry or sabzi.
