Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsemolina
  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. As neededwater
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 1tomato chopped
  6. 2 tbspcapsicum chopped
  7. To tastesalt
  8. To tastered chilli powder
  9. 1 pinchblack pepper
  10. 1/4 tspchaat masala
  11. As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add semolina,curd,tomato,onion, capsicum, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper and mix it and make the batter with the help of water.

  2. 2

    Heat the pan and spread the oil.

  3. 3

    After that spread the batter and roast it from both side.
