Bhegi hoi daal pani dry kar ke gosht mein dal dyn sath hi adrak, Red chili flakes or aik piyaz kaat ke dal dein or mazeed 10 minute ka pressure dein or pani khushk kar lein.

Ab gosht ko chopper mein ya kundi mein pees lein. Or us ke baad hara masala, piyaz, garam masala, andey or sookha dhaniya safaid zeera powder daal ke achy se mix kar lein or kabab ki shape bana dein. Safaid zeera or dhaniya ko pehly tawey pe bhoon lein phr pees lein ye powder ap salan waghera mein b use kar skty hein.

Thori dair ke baad in kabab ko fry kar lyn.

Mazey daar shami kabab tayar hein. Ap isy kisi b sauce ya chutney ke sath serve kar sakty hein.
