2-3 servings
  • 1litter milk
  • as requiredSaffron, pista, Almonds elaichi powder,
  • as per tasteSugar,milk powder
  • as required Rose water

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk and broad pan,reduce it till more than half.

  2. 2

    Keep moving milk cream on side.

  3. 3

    Add Ellichi powder, saffron and all dry fruits while boiling..

  4. 4

    Add sugar,milk powder,rose water at last and boil more for five mins.

  5. 5

    Our KESHARIYA MILK is ready to serve...

  6. 6

    Sprinkle some more dry fruits and serve.

  7. 7

    You can serve as it is or milk crispy jalebi also.
