This recipe is my all time favorite one . Whenever it is raining out side I used to make this snack for my family and we all enjoy eating it hot . This crispy onion pakoda was taught by my granny. #thecookingirl

First wash the thinly sliced onions. And squeeze out the excess water.

Now add all the dry ingredients (salt, chickpea flour, chilli powder, jeera powder, rice flour) to the bowl and mix them well with the sliced onions.

Add a little amount of water to the mixture if it is too dry.

Now deep fry the mixture in the hot oil. Fry the pakodas until it gets crispy.
