In a pan take water,add salt and boil it.Add Hakka noodles and boil, do not overcook it. Strain noodles and sprinkle little oil so that noodles don't stick.

Take iron Kadai heat oil add ginger garlic paste, saute it for 1 minute then add all cut vegetables and salt.

Saute all vegetables for 2 minutes when crunchy add boiled noodles and all sauces one by one red chilli sauce,tomato sauce,soya sauce

Then add boiled noodles and toss it properly.Saute it for a minute.add a pinch of black pepper.

Garnish with fresh coriander.Serve hot Hakka noodles in a plate and enjoy with tomato ketchup
