Ingredients: 250-300 grams white handi chicken; to taste salt; to taste black pepper; 400 grams pasta (I used spiral); 1 tsp oil; 1 capsicum strips; for white sauce; 1 tbs butter; 1 tbs plain flour; 3/4 cup milk; 1/2 tsp dried oregano; 1/2 tsp black pepper powder; 1/2 tsp salt; 2 tbs cheddar cheese grated (optional)

I made white creamy chicken handi in lunch we did justice with it and enjoyed fully😍 There was some leftover white gravy and boneless pieces in the handi and I was craving for pasta badly.I always love my food leftovers 😋 so I made this droolicius quick and creamy pasta with my left over chicken handi.I just added some more cheesy white sauce green capsicum and some salt and pepper in it and my remake is ready to tuck in😁😉 here is the link below of my handi

1capsicum strips
for white sauce
1 tbsbutter
1 tbsplain flour
3/4 cupmilk
1/2 tspdried oregano
1/2 tspblack pepper powder
1/2 tspsalt
2 tbscheddar cheese grated (optional)

Steps

Heat up a pan add butter melt it then add flour stir it for 1 minute and pour milk in it

Whisk it well until it gets thicken, add oregano, salt and pepper and grated cheese

Take another pan add oil and capsicum, sauté it for 1 minute and keep aside

Now add leftover white chicken and sauté capsicum and boiled pasta into the white sauce and mix it well. add as required salt and pepper and turn off the flame

Dish it out and enjoy😍😋
