Moongdal laddu filled with proteins,made with dates healty option great in taste.
Steps

In mixijar add dates and grind to paste.

To grind paste add rosted moongdal flour and cardmom powder and grind to mix well.

Take out the mixture in a bowl add ghee to binding texture.

Make shape of laddus and moongdal laddus are ready.

Note: can also be prepared using jagarry instead of dates.
