Ingredients

1 hr30 mins
6 persons
  • Half kg chicken boneless boti
  • 1lemon
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 6green chillies chopped
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspwhite pepper
  • 2 tbspyogurt
  • For green raita
  • 2 tbspmint leaves
  • 2 tbspcoriander leaves chopped
  • 3green chillies
  • Pinchsalt
  • 250 gmsyogurt
  • Blend them all.Pour in a small bowl.Keep aside
  • For paste:
  • 4 tbspmayonnaise
  • 2 tbspchlli garlic sauce
  • Mix all and keep aside

    For chicken filling:
    Marinate chicken with lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, salt, black and white pepper and yogurt for 1 hour.

    Add 3 tbsp oil in a wok and add marinated chicken in it. Cook on low Flame till chicken. Method for assembling

  3. 3

    Fry the paratha. In paratha apply mayonnaise paste, green raita and chicken filling and onions. Reroll the paratha and serve hot. Chicken rolls is ready to serve.
