First of all, make papad cones. For that cut the papads from middle. Then on hot tawa roast the papad and immediately fold it to make cone shape. Prepare all cones by this method. You can store them as well.

Now finely chop the onion, tomato and green chillies. In a bowl add bhel mix, masala puffed rice, some sev, chopped onion, tomato and green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, chat masala, lemon juice. Mix altogether. Now in a cone fill this mixture. If you like you can add different chatneys also to the mixture.

Serve and have it immediately before the cones become soggy. If basic ingredients are available then you can prepare this chat within minutes without any gas or cooking process.
