  • 800 gWater
  • 10 gKombu
  • 15 gKatsuoboshi
  • 10 mlMirin
  • 30 mlDark Shoyu
  • 30 mlchashu sauce
  • 5 gwhite sugar

  1. 1

    Make Dashi from Kombu and Katsuoboshi

  2. 2

    Fry the menma in oil on low heat for 3 minutes

  3. 3

    Combine all ingredients in pan and boil until liquid is evaporated
