I always look for a breakfast idea and try to create somthing different for my first meal of the day😍 So I remade my spicy qeema karahi and created these yummy toasts.what a start of the day do give a try you wanna love it😋

2-3bread slices
to tastesalt
1 pinchblack pepper
1 pinchturmeric powder
1 pinchcumin seeds
1green chilli chopped
1 tbsonion finely chopped
1 tspfresh coriander finely chopped
1-2 tbsoil/butter(I used desi ghee)

Crack 2 eggs in a mixing bowl and add rest of the ingredients

Whisk well and heat up a pan add some oil/butter

Now place the bread slice in the pan and pour egg mixture on it carefully

Cover it and Let it cook for 2 minutes then flip it over and repeat the same process with this side

Make all the bread slices and serve with hot tea😍😍😍
