Green masala : in a mixi add coriander leaves,4 clove garlic,ginger,lemon juice and 1 piece bread and grind it to a smooth paste

Red chutney:in a mixer add chilli powder, 1 bread piece,garlic cloves 4 and salt and make a smooth paste

Now let's assemble

Remove the edges of the bread pieces and spread the chutneys over the bread uniformly.

Then over the bread put slices of cheese,potato, beetroot,cucumber,onion and sprinkle little salt and chat masala over it.

Cover the bread and vegetables with another bread slice.

And apply garlic either on the tawa or toaster then toast both sides and serve hot.if you dont have a toaster you can use a pan
