Ingredients

4 servings

1 packChicken sausage
2 piecesgreen and red pepper each
4scotch bonnet
2 spooncooking oil
2 cubesseasoning
1small bowl of veggies (sweet corn, green beans, peas, carrots)
2onion bulb
Garlic
1Tblsp of fresh ginger
1 tspCurry,thyme, mixed spices each

Chop all ingredients
2

Stir fry onions, garlic and ginger first for 2 min, then add up peppers and stir fry for 2 min, add up sausages, spices and seasoning and stir fry for 5-6 min

Serve with boiled rice, pasta, potatoes etc.
