Ingredients

4 servings
  • For Chinese Bhel:
  • 2pkt of Ching's Hakka noodles
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 cupshredded cabbage
  • 1medium carrot julienne
  • 1medium green capsicum julienne
  • 1onion julienne
  • Hot & Sweet Tomato Chilli sauce
  • For Schezwan Manchurian balls:
  • 1 cupgrated cabbage
  • 1medium carrot peel and grated
  • 1/2 cupfinely chopped green capsicum
  • 1medium onion finely chopped
  • 1 cupmaida
  • 2 tbspcorn flour
  • 1/2 tspginger paste
  • 2 tspschezwan chilli garlic sauce
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil for frying
  • For Schezwan Fried Rice
  • 1 cuprice
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1/2 cupfinely chopped green capsicum
  • 1medium carrot peeled and chopped
  • 1medium onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbspschezwan fried rice masala
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

    For Chinese Bhel: Boil Hakka noodles as per instruction given on pkt. Strain and dry on kitchen towel. Deep fry in small batches hot oil on medium flame till crispy golden. Store in Airtight container. (You can use ready available fried noodles for Chinese Bhel). Chop all veggies as mentioned in ingredients column. Keep aside.

    To prepare Chinese Bhel:(At the time of serving) In mixing bowl add fistful of chopped veggies,on it pour 2 tbsp of hot and sweet tomato chilli sauce. Mix well. Add 2-3 fistful of fried noodles. Mix well and serve.

    To prepare Schezwan Manchurian balls: In mixing bowl add all mentioned grated veggies for it. Add ginger paste, schezwan chilli garlic sauce,salt. Add maida and corn flour. Mix well. (If needed add 1-2 tbsp water).

    Make small balls and deep fry in hot oil on medium flame till crispy golden.

    To prepare Schezwan Fried Rice: Boil rice beforehand. Chopped all veggies mentioned for it. In kadhai add heat oil. Add chopped veggies and salt. Saute till veggies are tender. Add boiled rice. Mix well. Add schezwan fried rice masala,mix well and serve hot.
