Ingredients

  • 2Potato (peeled, wash and sliced thin)
  • 1/4 cupBesan
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • as requiredOil for frying

Steps

    Make slurry of besan by adding water, salt, turmeric powder

    Dip sliced potatoes in slurry and add into hot oil... Fry till crisps
