In a mixing bowl add grated cabbage, green chillies.

Now add turmeric powder, salt, red chilly powder, hing.

Now add 2 tsp water and mix well.

Heat a pan, add oil. Once oil is hot put small portion of the mixture and fry until golden brown. At a time fry maximum 4-5 pakodas, don't put all pakoda for frying at a time.

Serve with ketchup.
