This recipe is very special to me because I did it with my 5 year old daughter😍. She always watched me bake and would insist on helping me. I decided to allow her help me do the whisk, and of course, with my help.
We baked it 😋 for breakfast but as soon as it got ready and decided to have a taste as a family, the taste was so good that we ate it all😂😂😂

Ingredients

1 cupall purpose flour,
3ripe bananas,
1 tspbaking soda,
1/3 cupmilk,
1/3 cupcooking oil/melted butter,
1 tspcinnamon,
Sugar(add it to your liking),
1egg

Steps

In a bowl, Mash your bananas until it reaches a consistency of baby food(no need for perfection),

Add sugar, cooking oil/butter, cinnamon, an egg and whisk them together on a medium high speed,

Then add your milk and whisk for a min,

Sieve your flour and baking soda in the mixture and continue to whisk to form a batter consistency,

Preheat oven at 180°c and brush you baking tin with butter or cooking oil,

Pour your batter in the tin and bake for 40min or until you insert a skewer and it comes out clean,

When it's ready, cover the tin with a damp cloth and allow it to cool down.
