Take chicken fillets, prick with fork and marinate with barbeque sauce, Worcester sauce, salt, garlic powder,crushed black pepper,red chilli powder,dried oregano, lemon juice,oil and marinate for 2 hours

Grease grill pan with oil, place marinated chicken fillets and cook on low flame 8 minutes each side

In sauce pan add butter and let it melt.add flour and saute well

Now add chicken stock and mix well,add cheese, milk and let it simmer till thickness

Add cream,salt,black pepper,crushed red chilli,dried tarragon leaves,and mix well and cook until desired thickness

Drizzle tarragon sauce over grilled chicken and serve with grilled vegetable
