Soak cashews,Almonds and dates in 1½ cups of water for 2 hours

Peel and chop carrots.cook carrots in pressure cooker for 3 whistles with 1½ cups of water.

Add the soaked cashews and badam in blender with ½ cup coconut milk.blend to a smooth paste.keep aside.

In the same blender add in carrots, dates and cardamom pods, blend into a fine paste. Now add in the cashew, Almond coconut milk mixture and blend again.

Now add in the extra coconut milk and blend. Healthy and tasty royal carrot milkshake is ready to serve. Garnish with saffron.
