This is simple yet tasty recipe which is prepared with minimum ingredients available in the kitchen.

Take a pan, add oil. Once oil is hot, add mustard and let it crackle. Add asfoitida, turmeric powder.

Add cabbage and potatoes. Add salt. Mix it properly and cover it.

Cook it covered for another 5 to 10 minutes on low flame. Open and mix it again. Cook for another 5 minutes on low flame. Don't cover.

Just check whether Potatoes cooked or not. If not, you can keep it on low flame for another 2-3 minutes. Mostly it will cook within time. Serve with Bhakhari or Roti.
