Ingredients

5 serving
  1. 1 kgfish
  2. 4 tbspvinegar
  3. 2 tbspsalt
  4. For Marination:
  5. Half tsp haldi
  6. 1 tbspgarlic paste
  7. Half tbsp salt
  8. Half tsp se thori kum ajwaein
  9. For gravy:
  10. 2medium onion finally chopped
  11. 2 tbspGinger Garlic paste
  12. 3medium size tomatoes
  13. 3 tbspdahi
  14. 1 cupoil
  15. Half tsp salt (fish ko b salt lgaya hua hy)
  16. 1 tbspcrushed red chili powder
  17. 1 tbspcrushed coriander
  18. 1/4 tsp haldi
  19. 1/4 tsppisa garam masala
  20. 2 tbspqasuri methi
  21. Dhaniya for garnishing
  22. 4green chili

Steps

  1. 1

    Sab se pehly raw fish ko bowl mein daal ke sirka or salt laga ke 20-25 minute ke liyerakh dein

  2. 2

    Is doran veggies chop kar lein piyaz or sabz mirch ka paste bana lein

  3. 3

    Fish ko achy se dhoen. Churi se uski skin ko khurchen ta ke fins waghera sab nikal aen.

  4. 4

    Ab isy haldi namak garlic paste or ajawien laga dein or achy se mix karein

  5. 5

    Karahi mein oil garam kar ke piyaz paste ko light golden karein

  6. 6

    Ginger garlic paste add karein or half cup pani lagadein or 5 minut ke liyepakny dein sath he tomato add kar dein

  7. 7

    Ab dried ingredients add karein siway methi or pisy garam masaly ke. Or 2 minute ke liyebhunen

  8. 8

    Dahi add kar ke bhunen. Jab completely pani dry ho jaye to is mein methi add karein or 1 minute bhunen

  9. 9

    Is gravy mein fish pieces ko jhaar ke add krti jaen ta ke kacha lehsan pieces se utar jaey. One by one dalti jaen or ehtiyaat se 2-3 minute ke liye bhunen lekin boti na tootny paey.

  10. 10

    One and half glass gravy lagadein ya jesy ap chahen or normal flame py 7-8 minute ke liyepakny dein

  11. 11

    Flame off karein. Garam masala powder or dhaniya dalen. aur dhak ke 5 minute ka dam dein

  12. 12

    Serving bowl mein nikaal ke rice ya garam naan ke sath serve karein. Jazak-Allah😊
