Bombay style Sandwich

Heat a pan add some oil, add onion, haldi, red chili powder, salt and mix well. Add mashed potatoes and mix well.

Now, apply some butter, green chutney on 2 bread slices, put the potato on one side of the bread.

Also, put sliced cucumber, tomato and sprinkle sone chaat masala on it. Put cheese slice on other slice and cover both together.

Now heat a pan apply some butter on the upper side of the bread.

Heat, the bread fro both sides. Add some aloo bhujiya on top. And your Bombay style sandwich is ready.
