Steps

In mixing bowl add chopped onion and chopped cabbage

Add dry ingredients like all-purpose flour,besan,rice flour,and corn flour.add spices red chilli powder,and turmeric powder add salt and mix well

If need add 1tsp or 2 tsp water only(mostly avoid water because if we use water more pakoda not will become crunchy)

Heat oil and put pakoda step by step.Deep fry till become golden brown and crunchy on low medium flame

Ready to eat zhatpat crispy tasty onion cabbage paisa😍😘
