Ingredients

1/2 cupsemolina
1/2 cuprice flour
1/4 cupplain flour
1/4 cupwheat flour
1/4 cupchickpea flour
to tastesalt
2-3chopped green chilli
1 tbsp.roughly grinded black pepper
as requiredwater
1 tsp grated ginger

Steps

Mix all the flour.

Add spices and water till pouring consistancy.

Take a pan put a ladle of batter spread on pan and cook from both side untill golden brown. and serve with coconut chutney.
